We are a farm with deep-seated roots, located in the heart of Tuscany, in Volterra. For over a century, our family has cultivated this land with love, passing down through generations the secret to producing a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The soul of our estate lies in our centuries-old olive trees: majestic specimens, some over 200 years old.
We tend to them with painstaking dedication, respecting the cycles of nature and local traditions to produce a unique IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Ours is a limited, artisanal production: every bottle is a piece of history, an authentic expression of the Tuscan soul.

n 2019, we decided to share the beauty of our landscapes by opening the doors of Agriturismo Poggio Ridulfo. Our mission is to offer a workspace of genuine hospitality to those wishing to discover the most authentic side of rural Tuscany, far from the crowds of mass tourism. Our rooms are the result of a meticulous restoration: we chose to furnish them with traditional rural elements—objects that tell the story of the daily life and heritage of our people.
